How trip approvals work in the AD portal and what happens after you approve.
When a trip needs department sign-off, it appears in your AD portal with the full picture: destination, dates, hotel option, and cost, all in plain language.
The approval flow
- Review the trip summary — the numbers match what the coach sees and what the invoice will show.
- Approve or send back with a note, right from the portal.
- Once approved, AthleticsQ proceeds to lock the booking and the coach's game card updates automatically.
