Submitting your rooming list
Why hotels need a rooming list, when it's due, and how to submit it from the game card.
A rooming list tells the hotel who is staying in each room. It's one of the two items on your side of the "who handles what" split — AthleticsQ handles everything else.
How it works
- When a rooming list is due, the game card shows a DUE badge on that item.
- Open the game card and fill in names per room — you can update it until the hotel's cut-off.
- Once submitted, AthleticsQ delivers it to the hotel and confirms receipt. You don't need to email anyone.
Changes after submission
Roster change close to travel? Update the list in your portal or message us from the game card and we'll handle it with the hotel.
